Hotel Muso - Kyoto

The staff provided excellent local dining recommendations.

While the room design was excellent, there were some drawbacks that affected my experience. The absence of a closet in the King Suite left us with limited storage options. Although the bed was comfortable, I found the minimalistic couch lacking pillows was great. The absence of hand soap in the separate toilet room was disappointing, as it was like a basic amenity that was overlooked.

I enjoyed its perfect and good location!

The bed was very comfy, and the room itself was separate. There was a great bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. The personnel was affable and excellent.

We were moved to a twin room with sunken bath, bath tube, as example. Location: the hotel was just off Kyoto and Osaka, further sights and several amazing temples such as Kiyomizu Dera. Had brunch in the Clique Bar & Lounge, located nearby...

A kind of excellent service. Welcoming staff, new-fashioned, spotless room with fancy separated toilette with music as well as nespresso coffee machine. Amazing location, 10 minutes' walk to Sanjusangendo Temple.

Features like induction phone chargers and luxury toiletries. The staff's assistance with reservations was invaluable, especially since dining can be tricky in Japan. I did wish there was a closet for additional storage.

The rooms were extremely spacious and fabulous with kitchen. The location was great and stunning, at a short distance from Nishiki Market Shopping District.

the only downside was that the rooms could be a bit tiny for two big bags. but the service was incredible, especially with the friendly staff! loved the big bathtub and the kitchenette was super useful. location was great too, near everything!

Staying in the suite was a treat, blending luxurious comfort with traditional Japanese design elements. The large jacuzzi was an ideal way to unwind after a day of exploring, complemented by high-quality toiletries that added a touch of elegance. Conveniently located near a local convenience store and various cafes, the atmosphere was perfectly inviting. The minor storage issues in the room and the absence of a dedicated restaurant for dining were notable downsides.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful jacuzzi that helped me relax after busy days of sightseeing. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, offering thoughtful suggestions for local dining spots.

Everything was fantastic at Hotel Muso. I enjoyed the street view from my double room. the bed was large and had both hypoallergenic and down pillows. the hotel's central location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
